Hi all. My dad passed away last week. He was the primary card holder for my parents' RBC Avion Visa. My mom is a secondary card holder. They have accrued a decent amount of points. My mom says she called last year to find out what would happen if my dad died and she was told that the points would transfer to her. A relative, who works for a different bank, thinks that if the points transfer, there will be a short timeframe to use them. Does anyone know more about this and what some options would be?
