Where should we start fixing? Someone worked on it a little but didn’t fix it, still leaking somewhere, what’s the issue and what’s leaking? I can do the work I just don’t know what needs the work? Any typical issues?

I know these pictures aren’t much but it’s a Kawasaki engine and any help would be appreciated.
