Keep seeing this pushed as a major feature but curious what people who use it day to day actually think.

Does it meaningfully speed up sourcing or is it mostly useful on paper? And do candidates from that pipeline convert differently compared to ones found manually?

Genuinely curious because I keep seeing this marketed heavily but haven't heard many real opinions on it.

For those of you using an ATS that has LinkedIn baked in, does it actually change how you work day to day or is it one of those things that sounds good on a demo call and then just sits there?

Specifically wondering about sourcing speed and whether the candidates coming through that pipeline are any different quality wise compared to doing it manually.

No agenda here, just trying to figure out if the hype is real. Help folks!
