Busy Chicago
I was walking down the F gate hallway wondering how many times I’ve walked past Chili’s since flying United for my job in 2007. I had to chuckle at how busy it is today and try my best to thread the needle coming down along the B gates past security. The shirt on the dinosaur was a nice touch! I started out in C and made my way over to the club where I “noped” my way out of there when I saw how busy it was. I should have known just listening to a couple explain how of course they should have access… the line was out the door. Enjoyed the neon lights in the tunnel and said thanks to a lady who was dusting keeping the walls clean. Surprised that the f lounge is not as busy. A little old in the tooth but a place to get a bite and sit down. It’s sunny outside and I’m just glad to almost be home. I miss the kids and my best friend of a wife. I wish they were flying with me. But we will be camping under the stars tonight and canoeing in the morning with the scout troop. I’ll see you all again in two weeks.
