Hello everyone! Im planning on running a modern day game for my players and while we have been using DnD for a while, I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for rpgs that would work well in a modern setting as DnD isn’t quite built for that. It’s a New York themed campaign and I want to focus more on combat than role play so if anyone has any suggestions let me know!

(Bonus points if the content can be found online as I don’t feel like buying a bunch of new sourcebooks)

Edit: I realized I should’ve specified a bit more. The main premise is superhero’s in the modern day setting.
