I recently moved to the Coachella Valley and am trying to adapt to the lack of Asian grocery stores. Are there any grocery stores that sell thinly sliced beef (brisket and/or ribeye)? Or have butcher shops that can shave it? I checked a few grocery stores and haven't found any just yet.

Also, where do you all shop for asian staples? We're pretty far from an H Mart and Tokyo Central.
