I have an issue with our Dreame L40S Pro Ultra. We bought is last December and until about 2 months ago everything was working perfectly. Suddenly it started to cause issues.
During the cleanup, at random moments, at random times, in random places it stops vacuuming. No error, nothing out of the ordinary. It just stays in the same spot somewhere in the house.
The first thing I see is —% battery and offline. So I thought is was a connection issue. I tried putting it on a different network and completely reset the device. But the issue remains.
When I put it back into the dock it shows 25% battery and offline. And about 5s after that it shows 76% and charging.
So it doesn’t look like a battery issue. My network is very stable (Unifi) and I have no other devices in my home that are acting weirdly. So it shouldn’t be a connection issue.
Does anybody have an idea what I can do to solve this?
