**Just realised I'm losing \~4% of revenue to refund-without-return. Is it Normal?**

Genuine question for US sellers.

Do you track:

* money lost to returns * refund-without-return * damaged returns * chargebacks

Or treat it as "cost of doing business".....

Dug into 6 months of statements last weekend. 4.2% of gross gone across these four. Tell me I'm not the only one.
