basically I have just upgraded from a 4ks to a 4k pro internal, I normally play 2160p console resolution with my 4ks but now with the 4k pro I can’t achieve this… at the main menu it’s fine but if I load a game my main monitor from the PlayStation stays black but in the elgato software I get signal. has anybody ever had this problem?
