Started at 275lbs and finally hit my target of 175lbs!
1st of August 2025- 1st May 2026
I lift heavy to failure 4x a week and do between 90-140mins of high intensity cardio.
50lbs natural then jumped on Reta for the second half.
Finally I can chill on the cardio.
I’ve stuck to started at 2300 calories a day for the first couple weeks and brought my calories down 100 every couple of week or so untill I got to 1800.
Zero cheat meals.
200 grams of protein per day.
Time to reverse diet back to Maintinance and pack on some muscle.
