Im currently travelling in vietnam, after i had a lot of pain and bleeding and a positive pregnancy test i went to the hospital for help. The doctor told me congratulations on my pregnancy (all while i had an IUD) and removed my IUD. I don’t want to be pregnant so he gave me the medicine for abortion. I came back for a check a week later and he told me the fetus was gone but the pain and bleeding will continue for a week.
But the pain and bleeding just got worse. But i just endured it because i thought it was normal. On day 14 when the pain got even worse i went to another hospital (because i was in another city) and they told me im having an ectopic pregnancy and need surgery or the injection right now. So all this time i had an ectopic pregnancy while being pregnant in my uterus and i didn’t know why i had so much pain.
They gave me the injection 24 hours ago and i feel terrible, i already had to throw up three times and im so scared it’s gonna rip.. also my visa expires in two weeks but i’m scared to fly home because it’s a long flight and when in rips during the flight i’m gonna die
i don’t know what to do
