Stats: 24, 180 cm, 150 lbs, >12% body fat
I have been lifting naturally for 3 years (perfect diet, sleep, intense training) but I am still pretty light because of my bad genetics, particularly my short and thin bones. I started 250 test a month ago and I was cutting throughout the month.
Now I want to switch to 500 (full cycle) but can't decide whether to cut or bulk.
Argument for cutting: I wanted to be single-digit body fat to 1) see how I look shredded 2) optimise conditions like insulin sensitivity for a later bulk so that the bulk can go as long as possible without getting too fat.
Argument for bulking: I want to add on mass urgently as soon as possible. It's embarrassing living like a small and light person.
The third option is to try and recomp. I eat at maintenance (or slightly above?) and keep 5 'gain' days and 2 'fat loss days'. On the fat loss days I do morning fasted cardio after taking yohimbine. Will this work?
