Turkish Court of Cassation: Calling an aesthetic surgery result a “complication” may not answer the whole case.

An interesting Turkish case involving a face and neck lift. The higher court said the assessment should not stop at whether the outcome could medically be classified as a complication. The result expected from the aesthetic procedure also had to be examined.
