I ask because I feel like I cancel a lot compared to most people. I feel bad and rarely cancel super late but sometimes shit happens. I’d say I usually cancel 1-2 classes a month. Sometimes 3x. I live 30+ minutes away from the studio and sometimes get into some really bad traffic as well.

Do my coaches hate me? lol or does it not matter as long as my spot is filled?

EDIT - I have the 12 class/month package so I am just losing a credit not paying a fee!
