Has anyone had experience sending diamonds to Provence for custom settings? I have a couple of beautiful loose diamonds that I want made into pendants, rings, etc. I don’t really have any local jewelers near me (and any that won’t charge crazy prices). Is this something Provence will do? Is it a big hassle?

I recently purchased some pendants (smaller and larger). The typical 1.2mm cable chain I’ve seen seems small/fragile. Has anyone had issues with their chain breaking from wearing it? Or does anyone have recommendations on if I should get a larger size? I was told 2mm is also an option.
