hello! our LO is just about 10 weeks old so we know we need to transition out of the traditional swaddle. last night was night 1 and it was worse than any sleep since she’s been born. we used a Halo sleep sack but she’s so used to her arms being in something that she was flailing them around all night.

what is your experience with transition out of a swaddle? what helped get them to sleep in the flailing arm days? assuming this just takes some time but trying to get her down for at least a couple hours at a time.
