Looking for recommendations on some beans with classic flavor profiles with notes like chocolate, cinnamon, hazelnut, etc… I have almost strictly drank light roasted fruity/sweet/floral cups over the last couple years and never really gave the basic coffees I’ve seen a chance as I thought I wouldn’t care for the now as much. I would like to find a light to medium roast that is very smooth and easy to drink with little bitterness but also can still get that noticeable flavor note rather than just another coffee feeling. Hope that made sense. Appreciate all suggestions! TIA
