Hi Folks, I have been hearing recently that some teams have slowed or paused hiring and that opening new reqs now requires multiple levels of approval. It sounds like a number of open positions were closed with hiring happening only for critical or urgent needs. Have you all heard something similar? If so, how long do these hiring slowdowns typically last before things pick up again? From what I can tell, hiring seems active in AWM but relatively quiet across some of the other divisions.
