AC problem
I have a 2024 Mustang GT, and overall it has been a great car to own and drive. However, I’ve been dealing with a recurring issue with the air conditioning system. The driver side will sometimes not blow as cold as the passenger side, or the AC overall will not get as cold as it should.
I’ve taken the car to the dealership multiple times for this issue, and although repairs have been performed — including leak repairs and hose replacements — the problem continues to return within weeks or months after service.
The vehicle now has around 30,000 miles, and I would like a more thorough diagnosis and a permanent solution rather than temporary fixes. Since this has been an ongoing issue with repeated visits, I would also appreciate having the case escalated if necessary.
