"Icemaker" at coffee bar: the quarter-turn ball valve is leaking

Help me troubleshoot how to stop the leaking. This quarter-turn ball valve either by SharkBite or Oatley is less than six months old and is leaking so the plumber came back and added on an extra shut off valve and now that is leaking too. I then had to install a shut off valve for the main in case it gets worse and I asked that Plumber if my water pressure is within standard and he said my water pressure is fine and that's not what is causing the leaking his recommendation was to install a huge "pot filler" . Can I start by replacing the existing parts to see if that solves the problem? What tools would I need? Or should I hire a plumber and start over (previous plumber is retired, more or less).
