Found a bunch of old Pokemon cards in my storage and going through them at the moment. Not sure if they’re real or worth anything, and insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I don’t know much about Pokemon, but I found this in an old stash from when I was young. It’s a holo, with a silver border, but it seems like the printer wasn’t aligned is misaligned by a few mm on the right hand side (see white vertical strip). Does anyone know if this is a known misprint and if it’s worth anything? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
