This isn't on a 2nd tier carrier. It's T-Mobile Go5G Plus - unlimited 5G data, 50GB 5G hotspot (unlimited for slower speed), free Apple TV, free Netflix w/ Ads.

To offset my own costs, I am happy to offer these lines to folks. $50/month for the 646 numbers, $40 for the 929 lines.

SIM cards included, so no charge for that. I can meet for a SIM card hand off + first payment, afterwards you can pay Venmo/PayPal/Zelle on a month to month basis.

We are seeking a reliable, experienced construction superintendent / foreman to oversee daily operations on an active job site in Brooklyn. This person will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, enforce safety standards, monitor quality, and ensure the project moves forward efficiently and in compliance with site rules and local requirements. A superintendent typically serves as the general contractor's on-site leader and is responsible for keeping the project safe and compliant from start to finish.

Qualifications:

- Must be a fluent English speaker 3+ years of relevant experience in apartment renovations, residential interiors, or small-to-mid-size construction projects.

- Prior experience as a superintendent, foreman, or site supervisor.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and job site coordination.

- Ability to manage crews and maintain deadlines.
