Never liked the Mr Brains variety that much.

Can UK landlord refuse to serve soneone in a pub, no reason not really race, perceived sexuality, disability, but nothing other than not liking them ?

Could it be argued under the UK Equality Act 2010 that they are being discriminated against for a mental disability or are landlords allowed to just refuse to serve someone just because of not liking their personality or appearance, so if true does it make the Equality Act 2010 a bit of a joke in regard to licenced pubs because any UK landlord could in theory get around it ?
