I ordered a board days ago and did not get a confirmation or receipt email. Naturally, this made me a little concerned if they received my order as the money has been removed from my bank. I shot a message to support and they replied with an order number and assured me I will get a tracking number by email in 24 hours. Well, over 72 hours later and still NOTHING. No way to track my order, no way to know if they’re actually going to send it out. And Support will not respond after that first message. And I heard such great things of tynee support???
