Every time it starts getting hot out I start getting rashes and hives, I can usually manage it somewhat with a probably not medically approved amount of antihistamines. But they make me feel awful because of the way they interact with other meds I'm on. But combined with a heart condition that makes me really sensitive to heat and I've already had several episodes this year. I'm barely functioning right now and I'm so bloody itchy, I will literally take any advice you have just please help I think at this point I'm going to scratch off parts of my skin from itching so hard.
