2025 values in May's Universal Credit Statement

I'm on UC with LCWRA and ESA and my assessment period is 4th to 3rd.
But my basic allowance and LCWRA amounts are the same as usual - £400.14 and £423.27 rather than the new rates of £424.90 and £429.80.
The ESA is deducted, and that used to be £609.05 but this time only £60 has been taken.
The small earnings I have from ebay are correct as reported.
I notified UC on my journal (under Payments) on 4 May, spoke to the call centre on 8 May when I didn't hear anything and should have heard back by yesterday. I've called again and been told it'll be tomorrow by 6pm when I hear back.
I've never had an issue before, so I'm a bit concerned. I saw a news headline a few days back which said that there were major problems with UC, but I didn't pay attention at the time and i can't find it now.
Because of the incorrect amount of ESA being deducted, I'm being well overpaid this time so I wanted to get it sorted asap.
