We’re getting new quartz countertops, but the counter top we have now is not level on the right side of the range. The template guy told us we need to pull the cabinets up to fix them from below. We’re concerned about our cupboards in our floor and so we’re looking for another way. We read if the difference is small enough it can be shimmed, but what if it isn’t? Has anyone experienced this having an older home? I’m sure it happens all the time, things settle! lol. I don’t care if they have to do something to the top of the cabinet so I don’t want them pulling them up. No one is going to be looking underneath the countertop to see the imperfections anyway - is my way of thinking. Anyway, we don’t know, we’re totally ignorant so if you’ve been through this, let us know what you did, thanks so much!
