Stuck with auto-replies on my ticket. Need help with a broken HS80 in Turkey.

Hi, my 2-month-old HS80 headset broke from the joint. Local reseller refused to help, and when I contacted Corsair Global, I kept getting automated responses saying you can't ship to Turkey. I just want Corsair Global to authorize the local distributor (Boğaziçi Bilgisayar) so they can replace it here. My ticket number is (2009044306). Can any Corsair employee look into this manually? Thanks!
