Hey guys one of my good friends has failed his cbse class 12th exam and he was thinking to give NIOS as he has failed in two mainstream subject physics and chemistry now please tell me can he still apply for it . Many of our teachers and school authorities are saying that he will need to repeat the year. Please reply as soon as possible he needs help
