So I've been taken off all medications because my doctor said I've failed all medicinal treatment options and the only thing left to do is stenting. Problem is I'm fighting with insurance to get it approved. I woke up this morning with severe congestion and every time I breathe in it feels like my ears are going to explode off the side of my head. I'm in so much pain. Does anyone have any advice or tips for being unmedicated while waiting for surgery? I'd really appreciate anything.
