This game is a joke and will continue to be one until something is done about it. I got disconnected for the 6th time this year, excluding other times where I would actually get reconnected. I had to reboot my PC because I got a black screen I couldn't get out of. I checked my internet connection and it was fine on my phone, etc. I got good internet of over 1 Gbps. I know it's not my fault as shown in the video, where another player just gets randomly disconnected at the same time. My teammates surrendered and I lost LP because of this. Yes, it has happened MULTIPLE times throughout the years, most recently though.
