By this logic no one should ever be proud of this geographical border labelled by the name India since it's highly incompetent and corrupt moreover in no point of history this entire nation was under the jurisdiction of a single empire

No one should ever feel proud towards his faith and religion either since it subjects many people to discrimination and mistreatment

No one should ever feel proud for his degrees or marks bcz getting good education is a matter of privilege since many poor children live in poverty and they never get the chance to focus and put efforts in learning

Under the hood earned pride is a consequence of inherited resources (wealth, upbringing, environment)

Yet they can't do anything about reservation or policies affecting general category and u think u hold any leverage with your tiny middle class population ?

Their hands stretch From judiciary to bureaucracy to corporate lobbies yet everything in the system is still like this.

You shouldn't even engage in these conversations or waste an ounce of your mental energy on this coz those who could have don't want to either.

Just simply accept it and move on,

They are one of the finest Indian clgs in terms of placements ,

If u don't want to go through the hard conventional way of JEE and save your finances then consider opting for the diploma based entry into nsut directly to 2nd year of btech.

+You'll participate in the normal placement process like every other student there

Same for internships

+ you'll save 2.5 lakh fees of 1st year

+ you'll save jee coaching fees

+ very low competition as people try to gatekeep this for some reason
