Can anyone give me some insight. I ordered a 3month backup from Gimme well over 2 weeks ago. It’s been sitting in pharmacy since and they took payment then too. I tried the chat this morning, it started to respond and then ‘ended chat’ and I cannot restart. It appears I’m locked out.

I’m ready to cancel and contact my credit card. I realise things are in turmoil, but if I can’t even get an answer, now what. I’ve also been reading serious issues with this company, I’m sorry I ever placed this order.
