Still haven’t gotten paid for Juneteenth holiday

So my last week with Pepsi was the week of Juneteenth and I worked my full week, full shifts on all 5 days including Juneteenth and that following Saturday. I’ve been reaching out to PepsiCo including the 888 number and they saw that I was indeed missing the holiday and that my local hr didn’t key it in. They keep telling me that they’re a third party company that works with PepsiCo and the only thing they can do is email my local hr and escalate it to their higher ups. The phone number they gave me for my local hr person is a non working number. They’re responding to my email. They keep saying they will put in a ticket and that I have to wait 24-48hrs for them to contact me which hasn’t happened yet and it’s going on 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my holiday pay. Idk if they mad because I quit that week or what but I want what’s owed to me. What’s the next step because if I have to go up there then I’m not going to be nice about it.

Paycheck doesn’t look accurate this week

So last week was my final week working for Pepsi and I worked all 5 days including Juneteenth which was supposed to be time and a half all day. I worked my 10hrs for the 3 days and worked just the 8hrs for Juneteenth and Saturday and included my mileage which was more than previous weeks but my paycheck is less than all my other checks and if Juneteenth was a time and a half paid holiday which I worked my check should definitely be a lot more than what was deposited in my account. I guess since I quit last Saturday I can’t log in to access and see my paystub. Is anyone else’s check off this week and how do I correct this and get a copy of my paystub? I can’t even find a number for HR.

Start orientation Monday

Well guys I made my decision and I’m choosing the CCA position and got orientation Monday. I’m leaving Pepsi because it’s just too much disorganization there. Sales reps just ordering just to be ordering stuff. Too much wear and tear on the body. One guy I was training with said he’s been there for over 30 years and about to retire and he’s only making $3.00 more than me. He said the post office was a nice gig. I know I’m taking a pay cut but if I’ll be working 6 days as a carrier and getting OT then that’ll make up for it which is what I’m expecting. I know it’s going to be physical as well carrying mail. What’s orientation and the academy like? And what’s some good shoes that I can buy this weekend for orientation? Any advice guys?

Coke and 7 Up always out before us

So I’ve noticed that Coke and 7 UP merchandisers are always in after us and always leaves before us. They come in, work their pallets and drop shipments and then they’re out. Plus their side of the backstock area in the warehouse always seems a bit more organized and not as much product like what we be having. Is it that they don’t get as much product in or their sales reps don’t order as much as our reps order? Like it’s at every store. Does Pepsi just have more skus than the others or is these sales reps trying to hit a quota and getting that commission based on high volume of products ordered?

Already regretting choosing this option

So I’ve just completed my third week of training as a merchandiser and I have to say that I regret not choosing the post office CCA job. The merchandiser position is cool but the work you have to do the pay is just not enough. I had trained at a Walmart this weekend and it was horrible. It seems the damn sales rep just was ordering stuff just to order to meet his numbers. 14 pallets we had to work and the warehouse is not big at all. Everyone is just cramped up over each other working back there not including having back stock from previous deliveries. Everything was cool until I got that Walmart. Then they added another store to us that same day because another store got a delivery and the delivery from the day before never got worked at that store. I’m supposed to be an 8hr guy. Not a 10, 12, 14 or 16 hr guy and we can’t leave until all the work is done?? Nah, this ain’t what I signed up for. I just talked to my local post office and they are willing to allow me to still accept the position if I’m willing to start next week which means I can’t give a 2 weeks notice. What would you guys do? Any advice?
