I’ve started paying more attention to which relationships have gone cold and realised I have no real system for it. Memory, vibes, and a spreadsheet I check twice a year.
Curious what others do. Do you have anything that actually works for staying on top of existing accounts or is it mostly manual?
Are you even prioritizing personal relationships with your clients or is it all about pipeline and new prospects? I use clay for outbound which is great but have nothing for maintaining the relationship with the leads that come in
