I’ve started paying more attention to which relationships have gone cold and realised I have no real system for it. Memory, vibes, and a spreadsheet I check twice a year.

Curious what others do. Do you have anything that actually works for staying on top of existing accounts or is it mostly manual?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Are you even prioritizing personal relationships with your clients or is it all about pipeline and new prospects? I use clay for outbound which is great but have nothing for maintaining the relationship with the leads that come in
