Hi folks,

Newbie here looking to potentially get into airsoft and just have couple of questions if anyone can help give some advice.

I spent a few years in the army and currently own some real firearms, so well versed on the gun safety , transport, 1 joule limit etc laws.

My nearest site would be urban assault in Meath and it suits the kind of play style I’m interested in.

So for anyone who is a regular what’s it like for new players? Are the rules well explained ?

Do I just show up, pay the fee, get chronographed and then jump straight into the game?

I was thinking of a GBB rifle but it seems these are not recommended for new players. If I go with a Regular AEG, what kind of accessories are recommended, extra batteries, mags etc?

Any other advice/tips for equipment, or general rules ?

Currently Mortgage approved for a self build pending uploading bank template signed gift letter for site.

Currently own the site outright for the past 2 years but it was originally gifted by some family members.

Unfortunately since being gifted the site there has been a big family falling out and I no longer talk to one of the people who gave me the site.

The bank is looking for a signed gift letter from all parties but I won’t be able to get this as a result. Is there any alternative way? I have the full title deeds showing my sole ownership etc. and showing it signed over as a gift.
