Anyone feel like Cadillac Optiq braking system has an issue ? Got into an accident last week. I had applied brakes at 60 but couldn’t control it. I see so many accident posts, so I’m wondering if anyone else feels there is an issue with the brake system.

Optiq lease help if it’s good deal. 490$ per month 15 k miles 24 months lease with zero down. Paid 950$ for protection. It came out monthly payments to 535$ with protection
