April 23rd was the date of loss, my car was hit while parked in a churches parking lot. The insurance company Clearcover (the other parties insurance) has still yet to give me any answers on whether or not they are going to fix it or total it (it’s been 20 days). What are my options at this point? Should I just go through my insurance and have them subrogate them?

**For anybody looking for insurance don’t trust this insurance company, I have called them over 50 times and nobody answers. They have also changed my adjuster 4 times without letting me know.
