This is a random question, we are currently dealing with with a hardship situation in our household. My wife has had a lot of medical/mental issues and we’ve ran up a long of credit card debt. We both work full time and I’m currently working a part time job and we seem to just not be able to get out of our situation. Has anyone even dealt with Redstone Federal on hardship issues? I was just curious if it actually helps. I appreciate any advice..

I was recently served papers on something I said on social media by someone. I was told today that I was nonsuited and it cuts off the attorney fee claim. I’m just curious if anyone can help me understand it a little better and does it mean this person that did this to me gets away with making me pay out thousands of dollars for attorney fees? Is there any advice you can give.
