Hi, I've recently returned to diablo 2 only completed the game on normal and would like to try push to hell but not sure if it's better to go online or offline, I've heard of some thing where you can increase loot dropped but I'm not familiar with it, what would you recommend?

PS: I want to play a poison build, any recommendations?
