My usual buddies wont be playing this season, i once made a great friend through this type of posts.

I'm looking for a leveling/farming buddy(ies) for the season starting tomorrow.

I have extensive knowledge if the game and have been playing since original d2 release so far from being a noib, looking for someone who plays dailyish ti get dine with this chronicle.

Pretty laid-back and not a toxic player.

PC/Switch SC/HC i dont mind hc but pref sc TLDR

Stop hunting heralds if u want sunders, TZ bosses drop them very commonly i would say as i got 4 different ones in one day only farming TZ Andy/ Meph on SP P3/5.

So for ladder reset I’m stuck on what to start with. I don’t like the blizzard casting situation on console. But the damage is much nicer which points me to orb to make things easier.

I do plan on eventually turning her into a nova es build.

A nude necro. Not gonna use any gear. Gonna show off these demons that I have the bigger balls than all those Enigma-clad people.

If any gear happens, it's purely a misclick. 😞 Will be removed as soon as spotted.

Build: summon necro. Extra suffering levels in Maggot Lair included. Clothes to protect my body: not included.

Stats for gear, rest in vitality! Typical D2 guide drill.

Softcore. I'm not crazy. Not yet.

I'm not going to discuss the nerfs, I want to focus on the Conviction aura matter. I get it that it was too good to make it a permanent feature, but thanks to my conviction-demon my A3 lightning merc kicked ass. That was an amazing combo. I miss it. They could do some real damage. I guess I'll have to wield Infinity myself. Did anyone else use an A3 merc because they had easy access to Conviction?

With the new patch I'm told that Heralds are supposed to spawn more easily/frequent/whatever adjective... I see people's posts of 44 heralds in one game....

I have been playing TZs for the last two nights straight and I have seen 1 Herald. Tonight I terrorized the entire act one and killed every elite and super elite between cold plains at black marsh. Then did a countess and Andy run killing every elite I came across and not a single Herald.

Are they level dependent? I'm cLVL 86. Trying not to get frustrated but the whole motivation for changing the herald spawns was to make it more accessible to players and it doesn't seem like its changed at all..

Any insight would be helpful... (pun intended)

I spent the entire time since the update blasting warlock and having a blast. I collected a ton of relics and decided to do all my uber and colossal ancients at once. Set up my uber smiter and crushed Ubers with my eyes closed. Went to colossal ancients for the first time and got absolutely smoked. Watched a bunch of videos and updated some gear. Got absolutely smashed again. Is there something I’m missing?

I tried it the first time with enigma because I was slapping Ubers no problem. Switched to treachery proc and duress. If anything it got worse.

Full skillers. Maxed resistances 80%. Torch. Anni.

What am I missing. Everyone’s saying it’s easy. Offline single player but did it on P1.

Have you guys noticed that the post patch Heph is less aggressive? It barely moves around to kill stuff, just stays mostly where I teleport. Pre patch it used to run around killing like a maniac

I'm seeing a lot of questions and concerns about bind demon and i thought I might share some tips on how to still use bind demon effectively with the changes with a single hard point investment.

First lets understand some mechanics:

• Now requires a base skill point investment to bind demons elite demons.
  • Level 10: Champions
  • Level 15: Uniques
  • Level 20: Super Uniques
• Soft points up to 20 still work for granting bonuses
  • Spectral hit, extra strong, extra fast, and aura at 20 soft points
  • You can swap gear to reach the breakpoints to for these bonuses when you bind a demon.
• Your demon keeps bonuses after you swap gear.
  • It wont lose aura if you drop below 20 points
• Your demon keeps bonuses from Terror Zones

With these rules in mind, we can now hunt for strong demons with the bonuses we want with just a single point investment in bind demon.

The process goes as such:

1. Decide what demon you want
   • Lancers: fast and aggressive. kinda squishy
   • Pit lord: applies curse pretty fast with their fire attack and you can try to get one form uber portals with immune everything if you want a dope tank
   • Harpy: Squishy and ranged. Applies its own curse
   • Whatever Lister is: Tanky and has a cool stun attack Unique pack mobs cant be bound with 1 point
   • Udar: Thicc boi. Big bonk.
   • Many more!
2. Equip 20+ soft points in bind demon
3. Remake new games until you get the TZ affix you want (cursed, stone skin, etc...)
4. Pop a shard for the zone your demon spawns in.
5. Bind the demon you want until it rolls an aura you want (concentration, holy freeze, fanaticism, etc.)
6. Swap back to your normal gear and enjoy. And careful not to consume your new pokemon like I do constantly.

There's definitely more nuance to this skill than what I've shared in this post, but I hope this helps people find a demon that they're looking for. Feel free to post your bind demon tips!
