Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone here has experience of asking for reasonable adjustments particularly for rheumatoid/psoriatic arthritis or other autoimmune conditions? Particularly was there any adjustments that made a big difference for you? I am asking just because it is fairly new to me to need to ask for adjustments and also I am new to the civil service. I was thinking maybe emphasising the need for a hybrid position so that on flare days I can still wfh. Anyway, any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Edit: just worth mentioning I have not been placed in a department yet but they've asked me to provide my reasonable adjustments so they put me in a role that will best accomodate
