I’m moving to NYC in August and am looking for a long-term 1 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. I’m looking around Downtown Brooklyn, Boerum Hill or Williamsburg area. The apartment would ideally also have in-building laundry. My budget is around $3,500. Would be interested in any leads. Thanks!
