Hey folks, I've just created a new store over the last few days and am experiencing a weird issue

After setting up a subscription to Shopify, confirming my address, sending verification information (driver's license + utility bills), I still am unable to generate shipping labels for an order I just received

I was given a 24hr timeframe for verification, however I am approaching the 72hr mark now with no insight as to how the verification is going (I can't even see a pending status or anything via my shops admin page :/)

Does anyone know how long this typically takes? I got my first order so quickly, now I have to delay the shipping of it due to this
