This is what happens when the issue occurs. In order of events;

Both monitors freeze and sound cuts out.

Sound returns briefly before main monitor goes gray and a few multi coloured thin lines appear vertically, second monitor black screens.

Then both monitors lose signal but the PC remains on.

Upon forcefully shutting down the PC and turning it back on, second monitor remains black and without signal.

Getting pretty bored of this. I've done almost everything from cleaning the software and reinstalling it, going to older stable software but nothings worked.

It doesn't matter whether its a game or just doing work or watching videos.

I am using a 9070 XT
