what are the habits that keep you all calm and grounded?

i always think or overthink and there is no in-between.

and recently i have found myself cutting people off/overthink about them, just because i feel they don't align with my life's purpose or they are taking over my solitude , and yes the overthinking and pessimistic thoughts come along with it.

so suggest some habits/activities because i would love to experiment!!
