Have been trying for the past week to get Neon through Kiwi and every payment keeps failing with:

“Receiver’s bank account type is not permitted to receive UPI payments”

Customer support has been no help at all just gibberish, straight up wrong info, and the same repeated troubleshooting steps I’ve already done.

Anyone here successfully bought Neon in the last few days? Trying to figure out if Kiwi is broken or if there’s some workaround.

I refuse to believe this went through meetings, approvals, and still got a green light.

Official card by Punjab National Bank x Kiwi… and it’s just straight up ugly.

Nanobanana made a better card design in 10sec that too with a such a shitty prompt gave it literally zero effort.

The wild part? This should’ve been easy. Clean card, minimal effort, done. Instead they went out of their way to fumble something this simple.

You had time, budget, a whole team… and THIS is what made it through?
