Hey everyone I am going to join iitk cs this year and have some questions I need to ask to ask

What will happen between 23jul to 29 jul sine classes start from 30 jul and hostels are allowed on 21 jul? If any senior has any idea , also I literally am worst at extra curriculars so do the clubs help or do you have to do everything by yourself in clubs

also what does ctm/etm means
