Hi everyone,
I’m running into a frustrating issue while trying to submit an appeal for my Etsy shop. Every time I complete the form and click submit, I get this error:
“Hmm, looks like that didn’t work. Try submitting your appeal again.”
I’ve already tried:
- Different browsers (Chrome, Safari)
- Different devices (MacBook, PC)
- Resetting my internet/router
- Logging in/out multiple times
The issue still persists, and in some cases the sign-in page just refreshes without logging me in properly.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a temporary Etsy bug, or is there another way to submit an appeal (email, support form, etc.)?
Any help would be really appreciated.
