Beginner here, rate my updated build?

After assessing my funds, I can allocate more money to a custom build.
This is what I've come up with, keep in mind I got a $200 Amazon gift card I forgot about so it'll be a little cheaper for me.
I also decided to just get 32gb of DDR5 and opt for the 5070 TI 16gb because I figure it's just gonna get more and more expensive, so might as well just bite the bullet ASAP.

I'd like to see what else I can do to make this build cheaper with minimal effect on performance. Or, if anyone knows any rebuilds that could offer similar performance for a cheaper/similar price too.
